Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team.

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination of various tasks related to metal production, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality products.


Responsibilities:


  • Open Manufacturing Order in GP system to initiate production processes
  • Order metal kits (nests) for production to maintain an optimal inventory
  • Create Purchase Work Orders in GP to streamline the procurement process.
  • Generate CNC Purchase Work Orders to facilitate computer numerical control machining.
  • Control 3D printed stock parts, managing a spreadsheet with priorities in collaboration with the parts room
  • Monitor the type and amount of metal released, setting priorities for each team and specific projects
  • Create lists of parts and paint instructions for Paint department and armoring teams
  • Release parts and metal kits, including seat assemblies
  • Conduct postweld inspections for each vehicle, ensuring the quantity and quality of parts going to paint
  • Monitor ongoing projects in terms of schedule, parts availability, and metal resources
  • Assign welders to general stock parts, overseeing the weldtopainttostock process
  • Assign welders to various required tasks in production and projects
  • Serve as the goto person for all technicalrelated topics and issues from welders, electrical, and parts room staff
  • Perform daily tasks in GP software to maintain accurate and uptodate records

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Understanding of engineering principles, processes, and practices
  • Fluency in Russian will be a valuable asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in metal production
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to quality assurance
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
