    Formatrice / Formateur pour le service de formation aux adultes
    S'agit-il d'un emploi pour étudiant et/ou jeune ?

    Poste permanent à temps plein à 35 heures / semaine
    Date d'entrée en fonction : dès que possible Avec l'encadrement de la Coordonnatrice du service de formation aux adultes, la personne recherchée devra planifier, organiser, contrôler et livrer le programme d'alphabétisation et formation de base en collaboration avec l'équipe.
    Offrir un service à la clientèle et un appui de qualité supérieure en français, en mathématiques, en informatique, ou toutes autres matières reliées aux compétences essentielles ;

    • Accueillir, informer et accompagner des adultes individuellement, en petits et en moyens groupes dans l'atteinte de leur plan d'action et de formation ;

    • Préparer, animer et livrer des présentations, des ateliers et des formations pratiques ;

    • Appuyer la coordonnatrice en ce qui concerne les inscriptions, les évaluations et la tenue de dossiers des apprenants, l'établissement des plans de formation, la recherche et la préparation des activités de démonstration ou d'évaluation des progrès (tâches jalons et culminantes) ;

    • Concevoir et faire la promotion des services, des programmes et des relations publiques (prospection, affichage, participation à des foires de l'emploi, etc.). Diplôme d'études secondaires * obligatoire ;

    • Posséder de l'expérience en enseignement des adultes serait un atout ;

    • Avoir d'excellentes aptitudes en français (oral et écrit) ;

    • Avoir une connaissance de l'anglais (oral et écrit) ;
