The Estate Director is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the estate.Works in a collaborative fashion to deliver exceptional guest experience for members and guests, resulting in strong sales, profit generation, long term engagement and brand loyalty.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate with the primary focus on achievement of success metrics in alignment to the brand identity.
Work collaboratively to secure the needed resources to properly run the estate from key leaders in facilities operations, marketing, information technology human resources and finance.
Conducts daily walk throughs of the estate, ensuring our cleanliness, organization and luxury standards are represented properly.Responsible for the profitability of the estate and the management of appropriate resources.
Ensures the estate operates in full compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations.

You will be qualified for this role if you met these requirements:Previous experience of 5+ years in winery, hospitality and / or luxury sales, management, or operational experience.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Public Relations, Marketing or similar.
Microsoft office / POS systems.
