    Company DescriptionLondon Pacific Property Agents Inc. is a Vancouver-based commercial real estate brokerage that specializes in land assembly and sales. Our team lists, assembles, markets and sells land suitable for redevelopment. We work with property owners, investors, and premier developers to achieve their goals.

    Since 1986, we have been dedicated to being the most active group of land assembly specialists in Metro Vancouver, focused on leadership in urban renewal and turning assembly and rezoning challenges into successes.

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Junior Broker role.

    The Junior Broker will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brokers in all aspects of their day to day duties related to commercial real estate sales and development.

    This includes market research, analysis, preparing financial reports, assisting in deal negotiation, and interacting with clients on behalf of the Senior Brokers.

    As part of the team, the Junior Broker will provide excellent support in the land assembly process to help achieve the best outcome for the client.

    QualificationsMust be a licensed real estate agent or in the process of obtaining your licenseMust have a vehicleKnowledge of the commercial real estate industry and sales processStrong analytical and research skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team membersExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointExperience with online real estate databases, such as Paragon (MLS) or AUTOPROP, is an assetAbility to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work on-site in Vancouver, BC
