Job Description:

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Assisting Private Jets Director with their portfolio of clients
Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
Supplier relationship management
Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to postflight report
Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
Responsible for the facilities daytoday operations
Booking travel for internal staff
To assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc.

Qualifications:

THE INDIVIDUAL

Hardworking and flexible
Ambition, drive and selfmotivation
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Proven administrative experience
Strong timemanagement skills and multitasking ability
