Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Advanced Technology & Client Care Services, and a member of the Audio Visual Support team, the incumbent is responsible for providing technical support services to the College's employees, staff and students.

Required Qualifications:

Two (2) year diploma or equivalent in Information Technology Related Discipline, Electronics or Audio Visual preferred;
Minimum of five (5) years experience in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, GlobalMeet, Teams, WebEx and others);
Experience working in a highvolume, fastpaced environment;
Experience in working Audio Visual vendors;
General knowledge of AV equipment and livestreaming technologies would be considered a strong asset;
Experience in deploying video cameras, scalar, and video switching gear for live streaming and event recording;
Minimum five (5) years experience including one to three (13) years of experience as a virtual meeting technician, breakout meeting operator, multisource technician, streaming technician, hybrid operator, or similar;
Solid knowledge and understanding of control audio and video systems design.
This position is paid at Payband 10.
