As part of this journey, we have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Equity Division as a
HR Manager, Relationship Management (Technology Services Division)


Join our dynamic team in the HR business partnering role dedicated to supporting Technology Services Division (TSD), the HR Manager, Relationship Management (Technology Services Division) will build trusted relationships with leadership and support leaders in the successful delivery of people management practices and capabilities.


What will you do?


Reporting to the Director, Relationship Management, and working closely with Chief Technology Officer and the TSD leadership team in support of their transformation, you will lead the effective delivery of strategic HR consultation and guidance in key areas, including talent management, recruitment, compensation, total rewards, learning and development, workforce and succession planning, and employee relations.


You will be instrumental in ensuring that HR practices and processes support and embrace diversity and promote a culture of inclusion and innovation.


In this role you may lead a small team of HR Business Partners and will engage with the client leadership team including Division Heads and Directors as well as collaborate with all areas of the People & Equity Division to provide customized people solutions, in alignment with City-wide and Divisional workforce goals and priorities, proactively sharing relevant business insights from client groups.


As a trusted senior advisor, you will develop a strong understanding of the overall strategy and divisional challenges of your clients, anticipate workforce trends and risks, and advise divisional leadership accordingly.

You will analyze workforce data and analytics to formulate insights and recommendations, and to integrate solutions.


Your background in change management and business transformation will enable you to play a significant role in shaping and managing decisions and processes, lead the implementation of change management initiatives, and support divisional transformations.


A results-oriented leader, you will contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of people systems, processes and practices.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to oversee the implementation of any changes in the organization structure of your client division, to ensure alignment with their requirements for maximum organizational effectiveness.


Working closely with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams in People & Equity Division, you will support Division Heads in workforce planning to identify talent gap and pipeline requirements to enable efficient recruitment and resourcing processes.
