    Description

    Responsibilities

    Invigilator Responsibilities

    Invigilating/supervising tests and exams

    Maintaining academic integrity by strictly adhering to the University's regulations, policies, and procedures regarding tests/exams;

    Maintaining confidentiality of student and test/exam information;

    Setting up exam rooms and keeping test/exam rooms organized;

    Documenting any incidents during tests/exam and reporting incidents to professor

    Preparing completed exams for pick-up/delivery;

    *Actual hours will depend on the number of invigilation shifts worked.

    Qualifications

    Qualification Description:

    Previous evaluation of performance as an Invigilator at the University (if applicable).

    Priority to: 1st year Masters, 2nd year Masters or PhD

    Good communication skills -Oral and written

    Ability to handle emergency situations effectively

    Able to manage stressful situations with accuracy and attention to detail

    Excellent organizational skills

    Understanding of TMU's test/exam policies and procedures

    Punctuality and reliability are essential

    Ability to use tact/discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential situations

    Salary & Compensation

    January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023
    Exam Invigilator - $27.06 per hour
