Requirements: Completed Honours Bachelor in Food and Nutrition Sciences or related field. Good knowledge of the course subject. Good analytical skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
Nature of the work: Support professor with updating on-line course content. Respond to questions from students. Create quizzes and exams on Brightspace. Invigilate on-line quizzes as well as mid-term and final exams. Mark quizzes and exams.
Delivery method: Virtual hybrid (asynchronous & synchronous). Must be available on Mondays from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
