Role Description

If you love content creation and engaging with fellow beauty lovers, we'd love to have you join our growing Communication & Consumer Engagement team As part of a hybrid-working model based in downtown Toronto, you will play a key role in contributing to the engagement and growth of the @laneigeca and @innisfreecanada social channels.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily publishing of content across Laneige & Innisfree social channels.
Daily community management (engaging with tags, mentions, comments/questions & DM's).

Content concepting and creation needed to fulfill content calendars in line with brand guidelines and key marketing objectives (filming, editing, sound/music sourcing, etc.).

Caption copywriting for Instagram and TikTok.
Liaise with regulatory and legal teams on content approvals prior to posting date, communicating edits/changes as required.

Contribute to monthly content calendar concept planning across all platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure key product launch dates and details are captured.

Participate in creative concepting for ongoing product content shoots and assist with sourcing props, locations, etc. in collaboration with production agency.
Ideate & facilitate execution of brand partner relationships and collaborations (giveaways, etc.).

Build monthly social channel performance reports with competitive brand activity reviews, drawing analyses and sharing insights with local and global brand teams.

Integrate new content strategies and social platforms as needed to strengthen brand affinity.
Ensure product shop links and content tags are up to always up to date.

Key Experience and skills
Post-Secondary degree/diploma required. Background in Communications, Video Production, PR, Journalism or Marketing preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation for Instagram and TikTok is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator) is a plus.
A creative flair and excellent written skills within 150 characters
Strong understanding of the beauty industry, pop culture, social media trends and platform capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team but also independently, meeting deadlines and driving projects with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure all deadlines are met
An ambitious self-starter who is passionate about their work and is eager to learn
Effective problem solver with innovative thinking
