Qualifications:

Previous experience working with group insurance benefits is required
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong multitasking skills
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to handle high volumes and competing priorities
Effective and well developed organizational and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Proficient using MS Office
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to communicate fluently in French and English (oral and written) is considered an asset
