Compensation:
$54,000 per annum, depending on experience. Atira offers a competitive leave and benefits package after an initial disqualification period.

About the Job:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Operational Execellence, the Operational Excellence Department Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations within the department.
The Department Coordinator is adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
The position may involve other diverse and related duties as assigned.About You:
To thrive in this role, you should have an inclusive/intersectional feminist analysis of violence against women and a powerful alignment with Atira's mission, vision, values, and philosophy.
People would describe you as motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about learning. You have excellent organizational and time management skills and take initiative in your work. You can prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business administration, Management, Operations Management) or equivalent experience. Additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.
- Solid understanding and experience in feminist, antioppression, and decolonization theory, and practice.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborative and teamoriented approach, with the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in data entry, data management, and data analysis. Proficiency in Excel and/or other data and analysis software is highly desirable.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or data management is preferred.
