Marketing Assistant
We are a consumer-packaged goods company located in the heart of downtown Montreal. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for, overseeing social media, web site, maintain a strong understanding of the product lines and the competition, reviewing and creating content for our key retail partners, assisting in the coordination of photo shoots and events, prepares and updates reports, and special projects as they arise.

Requirements:

Prior experience in office environment, familiar with big box retailers
Strong understanding of consumerpackaged goods
Ability to work well under pressure
Pays close attention to details
Strong English written skills
Maintain social media platforms, prepare a calendar for each brand, create posts and respond to questions and review
Helps to maintain and improve the FAQ list for various websites
Ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports, strong excel knowledge an asset
Maintain product launch information to ensure all departments are updated on the progress and are aware of any potential delays or issues
Work on competitive analysis
Able to implement process
Friendly, courteous and a team player
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role

This is a permanent position. Salary to reflect experience. Work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30-17:00 pm. We offer summer and winter hours where we finish earlier on Fridays. Hybrid work environment.
