Position Description:


Main Responsibilities:


Coordination of Service Provision for Business-to-Business Services:

  • Monitor processes and standard operating procedures to ensure timely and equitable access to services from Surrey Place.
  • Analyze data and forecast BusinesstoBusiness organizational needs.
  • Develop and monitor services and problem solve as required to effectively utilize service/staffing capacity and resources as needed.
  • Work collaboratively across and within programs to promote and arrange for interprofessional services as needed.
  • Monitor waitlist and wellness supports for BusinesstoBusiness agencies referred and in services in partnership with clinical team members.
  • Support partnership management and service agreement negotiation including dispute resolution, networking, and innovation.
  • Support and oversee team meetings and needs related to Services for Partners & Organizations, including participation in ethical decisionmaking forums and discussions.

Administration:


  • Implement and monitor operational and administrative quality improvement processes and measures, including client database and administrative requirements.
  • Develop and monitor systems to ensure effective resource and contract management.
  • Gather and analyze service data relevant to agency and ministry requirements. Participate in contract management and reporting processes as required.

Data and Process Management:


  • Implement and monitor processes and standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Program lead for data reporting requirements.
  • Liaising with partner agencies and Manager of Data and Analytics to ensure accurate completion of data.
  • Develop and monitor systems to ensure effective tracking and alignment with data policy and procedures.
  • Gather, summarize, and action feedback from consumer experiences to improve systems and serves.
  • Work collaboratively with community provider agencies to ensure coordination of information, services, and supports for caregivers.

People Services/Operations Management:


  • Support the Director, Cross Agency Clinical Services to ensure Departmental and Operations requirements are met.
  • Hiring, supervision and annual review of frontline staff including management of vacation/LOA requests, sick leave, and accommodations as required.
  • Work with and support team members to develop and enhance their clinical and administrative skills, as required.
  • Develop and monitor implementation of staff orientation and training procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree in a related field is required; Master's degree is considered an asset.
  • 1year related experience, and clinical experience working with individuals with unique needs, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, clients, and families with complex needs.
  • A passion for leading, motivating and developing staff skills.
  • Change management experience leading change and supporting staff through periods of transition.
  • Project management experience demonstrated through developing and establishing new projects or initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the developmental services sector, including Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder services, psychological services, and communitybased services, organizations and supports for individuals across the lifespan.
  • Exemplary communications skills, both oral and written, as well as strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, multidisciplinary teams, and community partnerships.
  • Ability to assess responses to sensitive information and provide resources and referrals in a timely and supportive manner.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and to organize time and workload effectively in a complex environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with hospital staff, staff of community agencies, and community members.
