Barzotti Woodworking is a leading Canadian cabinetry manufacturer located in Guelph, Ontario. We are currently looking for an organized and proactive Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our Installation team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with competitive compensation, RRSP match & benefits following probation.


Responsibilities:


  • Uploading installers sheets, service updates, and tracking outstanding jobs in computer system.
  • Answering phone calls in a timely and polite manner
  • Take and delivering messages accurately and completely
  • Assistance with clerical tasks such as maintaining spreadsheets, scanning, photo copying and filing.
  • Assist with the schedules for the Installation teams.

Education and Experience

  • Previous Reception or scheduling experience is greatly preferred.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures,
  • Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience in information and communication management

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
