Barzotti Woodworking is a leading Canadian cabinetry manufacturer located in Guelph, Ontario. We are currently looking for an organized and proactive Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our Installation team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with competitive compensation, RRSP match & benefits following probation.Responsibilities:
- Uploading installers sheets, service updates, and tracking outstanding jobs in computer system.
- Answering phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Take and delivering messages accurately and completely
- Assistance with clerical tasks such as maintaining spreadsheets, scanning, photo copying and filing.
- Assist with the schedules for the Installation teams.
Education and Experience
- Previous Reception or scheduling experience is greatly preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures,
- Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in information and communication management

Job Types:

Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
