Description
Associates are responsible for framing research approaches, managing projects, and supervising team/staff while building individual expertise.

As they gain valuable hands-on project experience, Associates also become more involved in developing client relationships and marketing and business development efforts.

Brattle Associates also benefit from continuous formal and informal training and development opportunities. Brattle is committed to being a multi-generational firm, with many of our Associates developing into Principals and testifying experts.

  • An MBA with an academic or professional background in Finance, Economics and/or Accounting
  • Excellent foundation in quantitative analysis, and/or several years of relevant work experience (preferably in a consulting, investment banking, asset management, auditing or similar environment)
  • Demonstrated record of outstanding academic and/or professional accomplishment
  • Intellectual curiosity, including a drive to think creatively about complex finance, valuation, business strategy, and accounting issues
  • Excellent analytic and quantitative skills, along with practical problemsolving abilities (including proficiency in Excel; experience with statistical software such as Stata or R also helpful)
  • An aptitude for, and interest in, expressing complex ideas through written reports and presentations
  • An entrepreneurial drive to build their own business and brand while contributing to the firm
  • Desire to work, learn, and lead within a collaborative team environment
