Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Product Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success Team to help our customers be successful and take our customers and company to the next level.


The Role

  • Be a Roadmunk product expert. You will focus on the Roadmunk product but may have the opportunity to work with other Tempo products as needed.
  • Provide detailed walkthroughs and training sessions of the product and assist evaluators and new customers with their onboarding needs.
  • Clearly communicate features, best practices, requirements and expectations with customers and evaluators to simplify adoption and align expectations
  • Record and communicate customer needs, requests, and questions for the sales, CS and product teams.
  • Leverage feedback and metrics for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
  • Participate in creation and curation of onboarding and adoption content that can be leveraged by customers and evaluators in a selfserve manner.
  • Participate in Expert Webinars and other group events.
  • Collaborate with sales and CS teams on identifying customer onboarding needs and prioritizing sessions.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support or Service
  • Experience with training, onboarding, or learning content creation and demonstration
  • Previous experience in a SaaS based software company
  • Knowledge of customer outreach, issue tracking tools, and CRM
  • Experience with documenting and improving customer processes
  • Experience with content creation and curation.
