    We are looking for a Billing Engineering Manager to work closely with partners in product and business to prioritize and drive our shared strategy.

    This team is responsible for building secure, reliable, and flexible infrastructure that enables our product teams to rapidly develop features that meet the current and future needs of our users.

    Manage a team of senior engineers and help develop their careers with stretch responsibilities and excellent feedback.

    Work with engineering leaders in your org and across Stripe to build scalable and automated systems and make the right foundational investments.

    Empower your engineering team to deliver a high level of technical quality and impact.
    Recruit a diverse team of engineers that are amongst the best in the industry, from outreach to closing.
    Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Stripe's engineering management team.
    Minimum 3 years of direct Engineering Management experience.
    Have experience building scalable software and backend systems.

    This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).

    Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.

    A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices.

    While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office.

    Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is C$208,600 - C$313,000.

    For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
