Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 7 - 8 software engineers,fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Hire top-notch individual contributors and give them room to shine.
• Drive the technical strategy and architecture for our projects, ensuringalignment with client needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with our partners and clients to understand theirrequirements, challenges, and goals, translating these into actionable projectplans and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring the successfuldelivery of complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Promote engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews,source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our engineering processes andpractices, enhancing our ability to scale and adapt to changing needs.
• Represent Bit Complete in client meetings, articulating technical concepts andsolutions with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, orequivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in anengineering management role.
• Proven track record of leading software engineering teams, deliveringhigh-quality software solutions, and driving technical projects to successfulcompletion.
• Strong technical acumen, with experience in software architecture anddevelopment across a range of technologies and frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and leadteams in a remote working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engagingeffectively with clients, partners, and team members at all levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous learningand improvement.
