Ce que vous ferez:Diriger et gérer des équipes de projetDéfinir la portée et les objectifs globaux du projet avec les sponsors.Assurer le leadership et la vision du projet ; formaliser les processus, les procédures et les mesures de contrôle qualité; développer et gérer le plan des ressources du projet et les dépendances du projet.Gérer les attentes des sponsors et des parties prenantes.Influencez et négociez pour obtenir un soutien et parvenir à un consensus.Créer et gérer des calendriers de projet, des budgets pour s'assurer que l'achèvement du projet respecte les délais, le budget et la portée.Identifier et évaluer les risques, mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'atténuation des risques,Fournir des rapports généraux sur le projet - tableaux de bord, rapports d'avancement, etc.Soutenir les efforts de gestion du changement organisationnel, liés aux projets assignés ou autres.Ce que vous apportez:Baccalauréat en gestion des affaires, en TI ou toute combinaison d'études et d'expérience équivalentes.Minimum 7 ans d'expérience pertinenteLa certification Project Management Professional (PMP) est un atoutConnaissance de la méthodologie AgileConnaissance de MS Project, Visio, Suite Office, SharePoint, Jira, DevOpsCapable d'inspirer et d'engager les équipesCapable de convertir la stratégie en action, et d'en faire le suiviApprenant rapidePolyvalentBilingue (français et anglais)
