- Collaborate with Visual team on the development of Seasonal Visual Directives
- Build comprehensive and detailed Directives for Store Execution and analytics
- Collaborate with Visual team on conceptualizing and implementing event displays
- The Visual Merchandising Project Manager works with Adobe Creative Suite software and Intactix software to build the directives for the stores
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word a requirement.

- 3-5 yrs of working experience
- Minimum 5 years Retail experience in a high volume retail environment
- Comprehensive portfolio of work to demonstrate aesthetic and skill set
- Knowledge of trends and colours, follows fashion & housewares trends
- An overall clean and modern personal aesthetic
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising theory
- Has a developed visual eye
- Understanding of fixturing and layout/designs
- Strong verbal communication skills - will deal daily with multiple teams to ensure that the directive process runs smoothly
- Strong attention to detail is key
- Fully comprehends from beginning to end the whole Visual Display development process – from idea conception to in store execution and can clearly communicate to each step of the process
- Highly organized – will be in charge of maintaining the Visual Folders and the documentation of all Visual Directives
- Thinks in a logical and precise manner, will need to communicate with both head office teams and Store colleagues for Visual Directives
- Design experience with Visual Display, strong understanding of display techniques
- Clean and developed aesthetic approach to Graphic Design and Communication
- Ability to adjust fixtures and lift up to 40lbs
