Description

Sage Recruiting is looking for a Mobile Lead to join a cutting-edge technology company specializing in event management and audience engagement solutions.

You will engage in close collaboration with cross-functional groups, provide guidance to less experienced developers, and chart the technical path for the company's product portfolio.

This represents a unique opportunity for you to make a lasting impression on state-of-the-art projects and become an integral part of a team that is exploring new frontiers in mobile development.

Advocate for and refine software development best practices and workflows.
Create, build, and optimize mobile applications for peak performance.
Actively participate in brainstorming, technical planning, development, and testing of product features.
Shape the company's technical direction, influencing the expansion of our services and the creation of new products.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement within our technical framework, and actively contribute to implementing these enhancements.

Lead and oversee the development and upkeep of comprehensive technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in project understanding.

Assume full project ownership, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Serve as a point of contact for addressing technical challenges, offering guidance and solutions to the team.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
~6+ years' experience in software development
~3+ years' experience in Android and iOS development (preferably using React Native)
~ Experience with web development (preferred)
~ Solid grasp of coding for mobile platforms
~ Competitive salary:
