    The NSH People Services Human Resources Business Partner team is expanding, reporting to the Zone People Services Director. This role involves providing strategic HR leadership to senior leaders and managers, aligning with business goals and organizational values.

    The ideal candidate is a problem solver, change driver, and effective collaborator. They analyze issues, provide innovative HR solutions, and enhance client team performance. The HRBP collaborates with internal partners to support human resources service delivery across the organization.

    Key responsibilities include managing employee performance, policy development, leadership support, and special projects. A degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is required, along with CPHR certification. Applicants should have at least 5 years of HR experience in a unionized environment and comprehensive knowledge of HR practices in the healthcare sector.

    Competencies in other languages, particularly French, are beneficial. This full-time position involves Monday to Friday shifts, occasional travel, and a hybrid work model. Employees receive a benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a pension plan.
