- Coordonner, gérer et offrir le support requis à l'équipe de travail sous sa supervision
- Effectuer la planification et l'organisation des activités journalières dans l'entrepôt et prioriser les tâches des sous-départements
- Établir les horaires des techniciens et assigner le travail de façon optimale en fonction des besoins opérationnels du département
- Prévoir les besoins en main-d'œuvre en fonction des projets à venir et participer à l'embauche de nouveau personnel au besoin
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les coordonnateurs pour la livraison des projets
- Assurer la gestion des ressources techniques, pièces et matériel nécessaire afin de réparer, inspecter, préparer et entretenir les équipements
- Assurer la gestion des retours de marchandise, effectuer le suivi des équipements manquants et élaborer de rapports divers au service des ventes et de la comptabilité
- Recevoir les demandes de support ou de projets internes relatives à son département et en assurer l'exécution (inventaire général, décomptes cycliques, ventes d'équipements usagés, etc.)
- Participer à la gestion de la performance ainsi qu'à la formation des employés de son équipe
- Identifier et éliminer les risques reliés à la santé et la sécurité
- En collaboration avec son gestionnaires et les autres succursales, participer à l'élaboration, la mise en place et l'uniformisation des méthodes de travail
- Entretenir un lien étroit avec les autres succursales en lien avec les transferts d'équipements intersites.
- Détenir des études en audiovisuel, technique de scène, électronique ou toute autre formation ou expérience de travail pertinente
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions reliées (atelier/entrepôt) et au moins 3 années dans la supervision de personnel
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Permis de conducteur de chariot élévateur (un atout)
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais parlé et écrit

- Coordinate, manage and provide support to the work team under his/her supervision
- Plan and organize daily activities in the warehouse and prioritize the tasks of the sub-departments
- Schedules technicians and assigns work in an optimal manner according to the operational needs of the department
- Forecast labour requirements based on upcoming projects and participate in the hiring of new personnel as required
- Work in close collaboration with the coordinators for the delivery of projects
- Manage technical resources, parts and materials needed to repair, inspect, prepare and maintain equipment
- Manage merchandise returns, follow up on missing equipment and prepare various reports for the sales and accounting departments
- Receive and ensure the execution of internal support or project requests related to the department (general inventory, cyclical counts, used equipment sales, etc.)
- Participate in the performance management and training of the employees in his team
- Identify and eliminate potential health and safety risks
- In collaboration with his/her manager and other branches, participate in the development, implementation, and standardization of work methods
- Maintain a close relationship with other branches in relation to inter-site equipment transfers.
- Education in audiovisual, stage technology, electronics or other relevant training or work experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in related functions (shop/warehouse) and at least 3 years in staff supervision
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Forklift license (an asset)
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
