As Business Development Manager, you'll drive sales growth for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Operations & Finance), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and M365/Copilot. You will prospect, qualify, and close high-value deals while collaborating with Marketing on inbound lead-generation. Your consultative approach, linking business challenges to tailored Microsoft solutions, will be key to expanding our SMB client base and positioning Gestisoft as the partner of choice for digital transformation.

Description
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the Microsoft BC ERP/CE/M365 Copilot portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new prospects to expand our national footprint (outbound) and qualify inbound marketing leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and operations to deliver client success.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of SMBs with active Microsoft BC ERP/CE/M365 Copilot digital transformation projects.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles by understanding client needs and mapping Microsoft ERP/CE/M365 Copilot solutions to those needs.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate compelling business proposals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously through the entire sales cycle.
  • Represent Gestisoft at industry events to strengthen our brand and network.
  • Keep our internal CRM accurate for reliable leads management, qualifying & overall sales forecasting and tracking.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related activities in your territory.

Exigences
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for dynamic, challenge-driven professionals who listen to clients, understand their reality, and adapt with creative solutions. We'll especially appreciate your ability to take full ownership of your sales plans, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and close deals with confidence and enthusiasm:

  • Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related discipline or has equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Has 5-10 years of experience in sales in the Canadian market, ideally in business technology solutions (Microsoft BC ERP/CE/M365 Copilot or similar).
  • Is passionate about business development and the thrill of closing a sale.
  • Is curious and constantly seeks innovative ways to achieve goals.
  • Has strong social skills and builds trust quickly.
  • Is autonomous, self-driven, and eager to thrive.
  • Has a valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Brings knowledge of the manufacturing & distribution industry (asset).
