Account Administrator - Full Time (Montreal, Quebec)

International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent Third-Party claims Administrator which provides claims services for Lloyd's of London syndicates, self-insured entities, or organizations with high deductibles or Self Insured Retention.

Today IPG works with Canada's largest network of independent adjusting firms across the country. Operating out of Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, each office is staffed with specialized senior examiners and qualified desktop examiners. We have regional expertise and are licensed in all Canadian provinces.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates that are looking for an entry level position to start their career in a professional setting

Responsibilities:

Support in opening claims in internal and external client databases and triaging of claims assignments
Support in processing cheque requests or inquires
Providing feedback and updates for the maintenance of client guidelines
Assist in the design of workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and specific client initiatives when required
Works with Coordinators to ensure smooth cheque/payment issuance workflow by accurate data entry processes
Investigate and resolve payment queries
General administrative office duties such as assigning and uploading of incoming mail to claim files etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

Open to new graduates/entry level applicants
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
Previously demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills
Demonstrated initiative, and followup skills.
Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
Proven ability to contribute to and work well within a team environment while able to work autonomously.
