    En tant quegeneraliste en ressources humaines chez Superieur Propane, vous serez charge(e) de fournir des conseils et un soutien de grande qualite a nos gestionnaires et a nos employes sur un eventail de questions liees aux ressources humaines. Les responsabilites du poste couvrent tous les domaines fonctionnels suivants : relations avec les employes et les travailleurs, utilisation et maintien du systeme dinformation des ressources humaines, discipline, perfectionnement professionnel, remuneration et recrutement gestion de la performance, procedures et programmes RH, et efficacite organisationnelle.

    Coordonner et diriger les efforts de recrutement en tant que lien entre notre equipe de recrutement et l'entreprise.
    Fournir des conseils et du soutien dans la gestion quotidienne des situations liees aux ressources humaines aupres des gestionnaires et des employes. Utiliser egalement le reste de l'equipe RH comme ressource et s'assurer que les employes et les gestionnaires recoivent les informations dont ils ont besoin. Executer les demandes tout en preservant la confidentialite et en offrant un service a la clientele exceptionnel.
    Entretenir des relations syndicales positives et organiser des reunions mensuelles de communication syndicale/patronale.
    Observer les tendances et les preoccupations au sein du groupe de clients assigne, puis travailler en partenariat avec les gestionnaires pour diagnostiquer les problemes de ressources humaines, recommander des solutions specifiques en la matiere et les mettre en uvre afin datteindre les changements organisationnels souhaites.
    En collaboration avec les responsables et les employes, mettre en uvre et soutenir tous les programmes de ressources humaines, y compris le recrutement, l'integration des nouveaux employes, la resolution des questions relatives a la paie et aux avantages sociaux, la gestion des conges et du retour au travail ainsi que l'administration generale des ressources humaines, y compris le traitement des changements de personnel et d'autres taches administratives similaires.
    Veiller a ce que tous les programmes, politiques et processus de ressources humaines soient mis en uvre de maniere a soutenir la mission, la vision et les valeurs de l'organisation.
    Doit etre parfaitement bilingue francais/anglais
    ~ Diplome universitaire dans un domaine pertinent ou equivalent
    ~Experience demontree en RH dans une operation multi-sites. Titre de conseiller(ere) en ressources humaines agree(e) (CRHA) ou en voie de l'obtenir

    As the Human Resources Generalist at Superior Propane, you will be responsible for providing high quality advice and support to our managers and employees on a range of Human Resource matters. The position responsibilities cover all of the following functional areas: employee and labour relations, discipline, HRIS, professional development, compensation, recruitment, performance management & discipline, HR policies, procedures and programs, and organizational effectiveness.

    Coordinates and drives recruitment efforts as a liaison between our recruitment team and the Business.
    Provides advice and day-to-day consulting support to Managers and Employees on matters related to HR. Also uses the rest of the HR team as a resource, and ensures employees and managers receive the information they need. Observes trends and concerns from within the assigned client group and then partners with Managers to diagnose HR issues, recommend specific HR solutions and execute them in order to drive desired organizational changes.
    Working with Managers and Employees, implements and supports all HR programs including recruitment, on-boarding, resolution of payroll and benefit questions and issues leave / return-to-work management, and general human resources administration including processing personnel changes and other similar administrative tasks.
    Ensures that all HR programs, policies and processes are implemented in a manner that supports the organizations Mission, Vision and Values.
    Must be fully bilingual French/English
    ~ University Degree in an applicable field or equivalent
    ~Demonstrated HR experience in a multi-site operation. Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, or working towards the designation
