    Description
    Our fashion client is looking for a talented, energetic and motivated candidate to be part of their production Q.C. team


    Responsibilities:


    • Measure samples and compare against spec sheets
    • Analyze samples for fabric quality and sewing workmanship, making sure they meet brand
    standards

    • Update tech packs, when needed, with spec or garment detail changes
    • Communicate comments to factories with pictures and detailed sketches
    • Provide technical recommendations to design team to help with consistency of fit and garment
    construction

    • Under designer supervision, review and approve production fabrics
    • Work crossfunctionally with Design, Import and Production teams on all technical and fit issues
    • Work with production team to maintaining accurate and uptodate records of sample approvals

    Requirements:


    • 5+ years experience
    • Knowledge of English, written and spoken
    • Comprehensive understanding of garment construction and size grading
    • Proficiency with Excel and Illustrator
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to clearly write instructions on garment corrections
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Excellent sense of organization
