    We are looking for an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to join our team in Calgary.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients in the areas of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.


    The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta.

    The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactions and a strong understanding of corporate law.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
