Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for
Project Manager to plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate environmental projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules. Provides support to the Chief Estimator / Estimating Manager with all pre-construction and estimating activities and to grow with us.

Position Specifications

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in managing hazardous materials abatement and demolition projects or related field
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
  • Complete understanding of construction means and methods
  • Effective with Microsoft Office and Procore
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
  • Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge
  • Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
  • Must be selfmotivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged
  • Strong analytical, above average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to document and organize information efficiently and accurately
