The Exciting Position:
We are looking for proactive and self-motivated individual with relevant experience in a previous role as a business development specialist, telemarketer or inside sales.
This person will be reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Business Development Specialist will generate first touch calls to pre-qualified leads and manage client relations as well.
Core Responsibilities:
- Research and develop sales meeting opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and providing product information.
- Daily call volume set by Marketing Management.
- Provide clients with relevant product information to book meetings with a sales agent.
- Assertively follow up on leads and referrals.
- Achieve set targets and other performance indicators consistently.
- Provide weekly reports.
- Evaluating new prospects
- Prequalifying new prospects
- Effectively and consistently document all required customer journey activities in the company's CRM software.
- Proven networking and client acquisition skills to foster and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Effective communicator.
- Competency in the following areas: customer service, administrative skills, time management
- Proficient with standard office software and computers.
- Highly motivated individual and energetic selfstarter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate and work well with coworkers and supervisors in a team environment.
- Selfstarter with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Required
- BA or college degree
- Fluent in French and English
- Microsoft Office Suite including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
