Summary of Role

Reporting to the Custom Accounts Supervisor, the
Custom Accounts Representative provides the highest level of proactive customer care and sales support to both internal and external customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
***- Process incoming EDI orders

Process incoming orders for retailers deemed Key Accounts
Running/ refreshing various reports, as needed for order follow up
First point of contact for Key Account Representatives
Fill in Listing and New item forms for retailers
Complete and maintain customer promotional files for Key Account and Account Representatives as required
Assist with submitting data into various customer portals
Contribute feedback related to Customer Pricing and Purity Life Information Centre (PLIC)
Process various types of credits, including assisting customers with all product/delivery complaints
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Assist with order entry for Customer Care based on volume
Handle inbound calls and inquiries as needed, back up phone coverage for lunches and absences
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

BILINGUAL in French and English, preferrable
College Certificate or Diploma
12 years related experienced
Team player
Strong Communication, Organizational Problem Solving Skills
Flexibility and Solution Orientation for changing timelines and actions is necessary
Written and Verbal Communications Important to the role.
