POSITION OVERVIEW


We are looking for an Information Technology Manager to join our team Reporting to the Director of IT, this position will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day company system and information technology needs.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Oversee day to day management of information technology department
  • IT help desk support for general computer, internet, phone, or system support issues across multiple companies and ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Order and set up hardware (computers, laptops, phones, etc.) and user licenses for new hires across multiple companies
  • Supporting SAP software implementation with software training, user licenses and access administration, and updating master data
  • Administering authorization packages in google, Microsoft, SAP, PowerBi, etc.
  • Assist with query and report generation through SAP, crystal, and PowerBi
  • Coordinating and communicating with vendors and thirdparty IT Support vendors
  • Network administration and maintenance such as firewalls, switches, and other devices
  • Other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 2+ years previous IT help desk or network administration experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities
  • Effective communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Preferably, experience with SAP software

HOURS OF WORK
The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
