    Description

    Randstad Canada is seeking operational technicians for a pharmaceutical client in Mississauga.

    The ideal candidate should excel at equipment set-up, operation, In-Process Checks, Line Clearance, and Changeovers to ensure high-quality, consistent product packaging.

    We are looking for individuals with experience who can work Monday to Friday and rotate shifts weekly as needed.

    Operational Technicians play a crucial role in operating packaging equipment, requiring technical knowledge and a general understanding of the tools involved.

    Shifts:

    • Days 7am to 3:30pm
    • Afternoons 3pm to 11:30pm
    • Nights 11pm to 7:30am

    The location is close to major highways and public transportation, offering an hourly rate of $19 plus shift premiums.

    The responsibilities include operations and maintenance of production equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards, participating in maintenance programs, and troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues.

    Qualifications:

    Educational Background – High School Diploma
    Experience with packaging equipment
    Proven technical competency
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and automation solutions
    Self-managed team player with innovative and creative traits
