    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

    The successful candidate will provide legal advice and counsel to the organization on a variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.


    The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for:

    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
    • Advising on corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder meetings
    • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and other related activities
    • Providing legal advice and counsel on a variety of corporate matters
    • Representing the organization in legal proceedings, as needed
    • Keeping up to date on changes in the legal landscape that may affect the organization
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
    • Licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario
    • 5+ years of experience in corporate law
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
