- A Social Service Worker diploma or post-secondary education in the Human Services discipline with two years related experience working with families and children
- Knowledge of child development, neglect and child abuse along with the duty to report
- Knowledge of parenting issues, lifestyles, and prevention and intervention techniques
- Excellent group facilitation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bilingualism is required (English/French)
- Must have a valid driver's license and use of own vehicle
