Description

Golden Equity Properties is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings, conference calls
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
$30,222.59-$45,000.00 per year

  • Montréal, QC H3A 3K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
