About the Opportunity


We are looking to add an Estimator to our Quoting team to increase our capacity to produce accurate and timely estimates for our commercial office interior projects.

This role will be responsible for determining project budgets across construction, furniture, and related scopes. These budgets are crucial to the success of

Delivery team to execute and build projects on-time and on-budget

You will be reporting to our Senior Estimator and work closely with sales, project managers, engineers, trades, and suppliers.


About the Deliverables:


  • Produce accurate, comprehensive estimates in a timely manner for Sales, Project Managers, and Construction Managers
  • Explain estimate scopes and budgets to Sales and Delivery team members
  • Identify and evaluate potential project risks and challenges
  • Attend site visits with our internal team and consultants as required
  • Research and determine cost information from trades and suppliers for new or unknown scopes of work


  • Tender projects

  • Detailed understanding of scope being tendered, respond to RFIs, and evaluate options.

About You:


  • 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in commercial office interior projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings a requirement
  • Experience as a trade foreperson is a strong asset
  • Experience with construction estimation software preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • 2+ years of experience in construction estimating and tendering, preferably for commercial office renovation projects.
