Responsibilities:
- Verify income, employment, and credit information.
- Collect and compile necessary loan documents.
- Ensure all underwriting requirements are met.
- Communicate with Clients, underwriter, and submission Agent regarding any issues or missing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and other team members.
- Meet production goals and quality standards.
- Contact Client, Referral Sources, Lenders daily to ensure consistent communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and OneNote
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and guidelines preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: $45,000 annually
Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
