    Description

    Territory Manager Service & Operations - Van Houtte Coffee Services

    • Lead and be accountable for the overall operating performance of the region
    • Champion the development, implementation, and sustainability of a regional vision and strategic plan
    • Collaborate with the national senior leadership team to identify industry trends and growth opportunities for the region
    • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies, safety, and quality
    • Execute strategic business plan focused on sales growth, cost management, and people management

    The role offers the opportunity to create and drive a business vision and strategy, emphasizing customer service, people, and growth. It also includes driving cost management efficiencies to reinvest in various aspects of the business such as technology, image, and innovation.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
    Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
    Proven track record in managing a profit center
    Experience in establishing and managing individual and team performance metrics
    Track record in leading and mobilizing teams, cultural change, and operational optimization initiatives
    Strategic thinker with a hands-on and detailed approach to tactical implementation

    CAD $89,900.00 to CAD $157,300.00 annual compensation with a bonus based on performance and eligibility
