General Farm Worker with LMIA approval

- Irrigation and Pest Control: Operating and maintaining irrigation systems, as well as implementing pest control measures to safeguard crops.
- Equipment Operation: Operating farm machinery, such as tractors, harvesters, and other specialized equipment with safety and efficiency.
- Maintenance: Assisting in maintaining farm infrastructure, including fences, buildings, and equipment.
- Animal Care: Taking care of livestock, if applicable, including feeding, watering, and ensuring their well-being.
- Product Handling: Sorting, grading, and packaging agricultural products for market distribution.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and following farm regulations and procedures.
Qualifications: To be considered for the General Farm Worker position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- LMIA Approval: Possess a valid Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) approval, allowing you to work in Canada as a farm worker.
- Physical Fitness: Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Agricultural Experience: Previous experience in farming or agriculture will be an asset, but not mandatory.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to different farm practices and technologies.
