Physical Intelligence - Day 18

Yesterday it was easy to listen to my body, but today I awoke to lack of desire and the last thing I wanted to even think about is the gym room.  What I do know about physical intelligence is that it is our own intelligence and everybody has to discover their own physical intelligence.  I find it interesting to listen to other people's perspectives but more so because it guides my brain to let it know that whether there is motivation or no motivation - I will go to the gym.  One of the video's I listened to today is by a couple of trainers who give their views about listening to body.  What I found affinity with was their distinction between brain tired and body tired.  My lack of desire today fits the brain tired scenario that was pointed out in their opinion :
