Physical Intelligence - Day 21

The good news is that this Day 21, but the wake up news is that there is 69 more days to go that I am committing to. 

The day started out with me trying to rush between activities and the good news was that I had to go and collect a refund of $30.  The wake up news is that no sooner as I had collected the cash, in the rush I just tucked into my jeans and did not notice it fall out.  So the good news for some soul in my neighbourhood is that they are $30 richer - and I learned the lesson of "less haste, less waste". 

The good news was that there was a turn out to our Toastmasters club meeting today, the wake up news was there was only four people who turned out after our Easter break.  Yet the members who turned out made it a great public speaking development hour, and I have been in big meetings that have been a complete waste of time.

The good news is that I chose to go to the club rather than watch today FA Cup Semi-Final, the wake up news was that my team still does not know how to win when it most matters, and ended up losing the match 4-2 to bitter rivals Chelsea.  Chelsea did not play well yet won - so the lesson today was not how one plays the game but having the mentality of a winner - because I don't really do gym that well, but in all these cases, it is the mental attitude which is important - in how we reframe a not-so-ideal situation into a meaningful event.

I came across a comment from someone named Rox, and what caught my eye was that they were in Peru.  I went to their you-tube page, where I found the chief interest being gym.  The videos there featured exercises from "Gym Virtual" :
