Physical Intelligence - Day 72

There is 18 days left of this Physical Intelligence buzz or less than 3 weeks and time is flying by seemingly much faster. Why should have the first 18 days feel like a very long time and now time is flashing by?
Asides from this non-evidence based feeling I am questioning an area of my life that can do with improvement. For sure there is another big area which is "active listening" but to get to that stage I need to understand my relationship with willpower.
Roy Baumeister's name kept coming up regarding the subject of willpower, so there probably is even greater scope of people who know willpower - which Baumeister refers to as self-control.My relationship with physical intelligence is factored on my relationship with willpower. Is willpower a finite resource that we can tap into and then be exhausted if over-used? Willpower is not necessarily physical intelligence, but physical intelligence is empowered through willpower. The question of exhausted willpower is an expenditure question and the follow up question is what we can do increase willpower as an active resource?
