Physical Intelligence - Day 76
Lifestyle change is what I was talking about a year ago and lifestyle change in terms of physical intelligence is what I am still contemplating. Many years ago I had quantified or at least customized a system of life measures largely because I enjoyed creating new metrics and ways of using numbers to create meaning. The irony here is that when the quantified self movement began, I promptly quit engaging that - whereas before people just raised their eyebrows at me, now a label had arisen and it called itself the Quantified Self Movement - and I had no intention of being branded as quantified self person. It is the label that bothered me not the movement.
