Physical Intelligence - Day 86

Physical Intelligence - Day 86

Day 86 Physical

Intelligence

When we take a branding view of dental hygiene we don't necessarily receive a complete view of dental care.  What we get is the prescribed version that we will find in any dentist brochure.  Had I not read Juan Imaz's buzz about Dental Care I would not have thought about exploring my teeth as a physical intelligence.  So I am thankful for reading it because our teeth and dental care is a huge part of physical intelligence and often can determine if we take a job or not where the consideration is whether that job offers dental coverage.  If however we lose jobs because we actually don't focus on basic hygiene then we have basics to catch up on (See also below for last 2 videos) but for me physical intelligence begins with intelligence not intelligence failure.

There is a lot of things we are told to do in the realm of dental care that are today being thoroughly questioned.  This is the problem when we accept a brand viewpoint, we don't dig under the surface and if we don't dig under the surface, we will not know how we end up digging our own tooth enamel away.  It turns out that brushing after eating is not a good idea.  The acid in food and drink temporarily softens up our teeth and brushing right after eating is like sanding away at the enamel - what new findings are showing is that we should wait at least 60 minutes after eating before we brush our teeth :
