    YOUR ROLE

    We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Processing Associate to join our tight-knit team. This role offers a hybrid work setup, requiring presence at our Etobicoke office with the flexibility to work remotely several days a week.

    As a crucial point of entry for funds from clients' employees (referred to as members), your task is to swiftly and accurately input data into our systems, ensuring they receive their entitled benefits. Your role plays a pivotal part in our organization.

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    • This position involves strategic data entry, handling high volumes of information from benefit plan employers. Your focus will be on accurately inputting employer deposits and member details while meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively in a dynamic work environment.
    • You will work closely with colleagues, aiding in a variety of tasks related to client files and data confidentiality. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

    THIS IS YOU

    • You hold a Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
    • Demonstrated ability to swiftly and accurately input high volumes of data.
    • Strong customer service skills, team-player mentality, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and corporate processing systems.
    • Detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines.
    • Organized, self-motivated, and adept at working independently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    YOUR COMPENSATION

    The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $38,000 to $42,000. Compensation within this range is based on skills, experience, and education. This salary excludes additional rewards, benefits, and bonuses.
