- Foster strategic collaborations with key teams, ensuring insights lead to actionable strategies and reinforce organizational alignment.
- Stay connected with the industry: presence at trade shows, conferences, investigation of sponsorships, etc.
- Over 8 years of experience in logistics, sales or business development, account management, market analysis, competitive intelligence, marketing, strategic planning or similar.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, finance, or a related.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends, identifying opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and forecasting is required to develop and maintain strategy.
- Experience in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments, so leadership and teamwork skills are important.
- Resourceful, strategic thinker, takes initiative and problem-solving aptitude.
- Fluently Bilingual (English and French)
- The ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and adapt to changing market conditions is critical for success in this role.
