- Manage all aspects of project accounting and revenue recognition.
- Oversee the administration function within the company, including office operations and lease negotiations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Review and investigate variances, including actual to budgeted results, and forecasts, together with relevant financial and operational analyses to support all reporting requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with the business units, departments and senior management to develop fiscal year budgets and forecasts to meet business goals.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to provide insights to senior management to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Work with the Financial Reporting team to ensure timely, complete and accurate delivery of financial information and results for monthly and quarterly submissions.
- Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team to help them achieve growth and development.
- Participate in setting the strategy for the teams and ensure the team achieves its goals and objectives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls. Where applicable, propose improvements to internal controls.
- Participate in internal and external audits as necessary.
- Participate in special projects focused on improvement in reporting and analysis.
- Become a trusted partner with operations.

- A minimum of 10 years of a related and progressively responsible financial management role.
- Professional accounting designation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and supervising a team.
- Experience in business analytics and metrics development.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Public accounting experience with a large to medium professional services firm is an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
