    Tasks:

    • Review and assess new administrative procedures
    • Assign work to office support staff
    • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures adherence, and meet deadlines
    • Execute administrative tasks within the establishment
    • Coordinate and plan office services like accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Supervise office administrative processes
    • Generate bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping papers
    • Package items for shipping and distribution

    Computer and technology knowledge:

    • Google Drive

    • Shopify
